Microphone level keeps adjusting itself

Okay so, I tried the "Do nothing" option for Windows detects communications activity, I turned off Exclusive Mode and it still automatically adjusts the microphone level. I have an SS Arctis 3 headset. Anything else I could try to fix this?

Are you using Discord? I think Discord has an option that changes the mic level in the settings.

It's not because of Discord, it happens even if it's not running and the level changes in Windows itself not Discord.
