Microphone lowers, if my sound is too loud?

Hi Toms Hardware!

Whenever I play music, or hear sounds in my headphones, it lowers my microphone... (via Skype).

I have done so that Skype has no permission to change any microphone/sound intput or output, and I have also done so that no programs are allowed to change windows sound settings...

What am I doing wrong?

I think I have solved my issue! I have a Blue Yeti, and it also has a sound driver, and not microphone driver.. I had deactivated the playback driver, but now I have activated it, and it seems to be working. If not I will be back for help! :-D

No, I realise now it never fixed the issue... Whenever I am hearing any kind of sound in my headphones, my blue yeti lowers and fucks up... what is the issue of this? Please help me.. 🙂
