Microphone Noise suppression win10

like many, i have a noise in my microphone, during PvP games my mates can hear noise from my mic, even when i Gun shoot i can hear it sometimes.
in-game there is a bell notification next to each team member name, it shows up if someone is talking, mine is always blinking means the Mic recording some noise.

1- i tuned Mic Volume and Boost down and up and default, problem persist.
2- i have Sound, recording settings set to default, i tried solutions from YouTube by Checking: these options from 'Enhancement' Tab in Microphone Properties:
- Noise suppression
- Beam Forming
- Acoustic Echo Cancellation

the weird thing is that 'Enhancement' Tab is empty. SCREEN

What software are you using for voice chat? If its anything like discord, ventrillo etc you can always enable the push to talk option which will take care of that problem for you.

The "Enhancements" tab being empty could mean a sound driver issue. I would try re-installing the Realtek audio driver from MSI:

@Greeko85 even with push to talk it has the same problem , i don't want to use Push to talk, i need to Fix it.

@Phillip i actually tried that right before i posted this.

i probably fixed the problem by activating 'Listen to this Device' in microphone properties, then go back and check it off.
today i didn't have any issue. am not sure if i have to do it everytime before using the Mic. but am looking for a Real fix.

one more QUESTION please: what's the difference / benefits of 'windows Sonic' and 'dolby atmos' ??? i know they are related to 7.1 surround sound
do i need a surround sound headset to get those benefits ??

still no solution,
my headset are not loud but i can hear the sound of the speakers, which is captured by the Mic causing the background noise.
