[SOLVED] Microphone not working on single-jack headset when using splitter ?

Hey Everyone,

as stated in the Title, the Mic on my Single Jack Headset (TurtleBeach Recon 500) refuses to work when I connect it to my new PC via a Splitter (https://www.amazon.de/-/en/gp/product/B079PRB7BK/ref=ppx_od_dt_b_asin_title_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) but when I connect my Headset directly to the Mic Slot, the Microphone works but I obviously dont have any sound at all...

Did anyone here ever had this Problem as well, and if so how was it solved?

My thought is that there is a TS, TRS, TRRS mismatch.
