So i want to buy the bm-800
but my question is can this scissor arm stand hold the bm-800?

Probably, but I'm not 100% sure because I can't tell if the shock mount the stand comes with has a removeable, shock mount screw thing. It's the silver thing on the shockmount that the arm comes with, but it looks like it's attached to the arm's shock mount and not the arm itself, so you'd be forced to use the arm's shockmount and not the one that comes with your mic.

But the bm-800 also seems like it might be a cheapo garbage mic anyways.
