Microphone sound input low

Hi..I just bought a new earphone including mic.
I couldn't hear the previous mic properly.The wire broke too so I had to buy a new one.When I record from this mic the sound is very low that I can barely hear it.Boost is full,Recording volume is full but the sound is still low.Works properly in mobile.Noise suppression and Echo cancellation is on.
Any Suggestions?I am running Windows 10

What make and model are the earphones with mic?[I am using Mi Max 2 earphones.Actually those are meant for mobiles but I just wanted to try.I had a Motorola Headphone too at first.It had a mic attached to its wire.Its voice was low too.I am going to try it by attaching it to another computer too ]

Xaomi Mi Max 2 is for mobile phones only.

It won't work properly on a computer on account of the in-line microphone button, computer microphone jacks don't have the required circuitry to understand what the on/off microphone button is for, whereas the microphone jack on a mobile phone is designed to work with the microphone on/off button.

For a computer you need to buy a full size headset specifically designed for computers & hi-fi systems.
