Microphone too quiet realtek hd audio manager

How do i make my microphone louder ? My friends can barely hear me, im using realtek hd audio manager. I've searched through this forum but i cant find the solution. Any ideas ?

If you right click on the little speaker on your taskbar click on recording devices, right click on your mic and click properties and from there click levels and set them higher

They are all at maximum level. I've heard that realted hd audio manager can make ur mic lower but idk how to fix it
