Question Microphone volume stuck at 0

Hi everyone,

I am using an Aureon Dual USB external soundcard connected to a TalkTech Silencer Mask as a microphone. Recently, the volume of the microphone (or actually rather: the sound card) is stuck at 0.

The only recent change I remember making is that I have disabled+removed Cortana.

I tried all the common fixed (relating to things inside the sound and mic settings) but to no avail. I also tried plugging in my microphone into other laptops with different OS. Thankful for every advice!

Do you mean THIS ONE? So it didn't work or had the same issue with other laptops? Try using a different USB port? Wiggling the wires for it? THIS LINK might help.
