Microphone with problems

First i thought i had a problem with my microphone and i tried with another microphone and the same problem happened.
Its like the microphone volume goes up and down even if im close to the mic. already tried to update drivers but it says that i have the latest drives....
I really dont know what to do, and i think that it is not a mic prob....

how it is detect in sound panel check the volume is send out when you speak in it to see if you have any fluctuation .
