MicroSd Card wont read on Phone or on Comp

My sd card stopped reading one day when I transfered it from one phone to another and than back into my phone. I have tried everything that i can think of to restore it and havent had any luck. I have very important pictures of my little cousin before he passed that I want to be able to retrive off of it. Please Help!

as you said "your phone nor your pc can't read it" by read it you mean see it? if you do then have a recovery professional take a look but it will cause you.
but if you can "see" the sd card but can't see the picture try a recovery software.

I am unable to see them in either the phone or the computer. When in the phone it says no SD found

basically it's busted. goto a recovery specialist. they'll open your up your sd card and fix at a hardware level to get back your data.
