MicroSD16G won't open says reformat sd card

When i plugin my SDcard on my computer i wanted to copy the files to my computer but it won't let me, so i tried to plug it on the other slot and my SDcard says You need to format the disk, i don't want to format it because i don't want to lose the pictures inside it it's very important because all the pictures inside it is the wedding of my sister and it's the only one we have a copy on it. is there any proper way to fix my sdCard and recover the pictures inside it? Please help me i just dont want to lose the memories of the wedding 🙁

You were very wise not to allow it to format the card.

You may need to run the Deep Scan option.
