Hello, a local retailer is selling the above titled software. Does it include Windows 10 and also the Creators Update or I have to buy Windows 10 first and then buy this one to update to Creators Update?

Also, my computer does not have a DVD-drive. Is the USB Flash Drive version the best one to install Windows or it is better to get a DVD-drive and buy the DVD/CD version?

Could anybody please clarify?

if you have windows 7 or 8 there a free upgrade at one time. you can contact microsoft to see if your pc can get the free digital license for windows 10. if you do get the free update it take one or two downloads to go from windows 7 to the newest version of windows 10. using windows update. if you dont have any os for your pc you want to buy windows 10 home from a known good seller like newegg. you can buy the usb stick version or the dvd version. or you can buy just the oem number from Microsoft and with an 8g or larger usb stick you can use there free windows media creator to make the newest windows iso boot usb stick.
