Question Microsoft 365 (Office) visual refresh not showing?

On all of my other Windows 11 devices I have the visual refresh of Office, but on my new PC I don't have the visual refresh.

This support article is old, you cannot enable it manually as the instructions mentioned, but I just wanted to highlight what I'm talking about.

Do I need to do anything? I've tried re-installing Office to no avail.

did you try changing your theme?
Office theme Office now matches your Windows theme by default, and we've updated all themes. You can experience the visual refresh in whichever Office theme you prefer, including black (Dark Mode), white, colorful, or dark grey.   To change your Office theme, go to File > Account > Office Theme.

Yes I tried changing the theme and Microsoft Support also investigated and apparently there’s an issue their end. Cheers.
