Microsoft access 2003 to win 7?

Yes it is and in my opinion, 2003 is still the best MS Office there has been.

If you may find yourself working on databases created in the 2007 or 2010 versions, you will need the File Format Converter which is available free of charge from the Microsoft website.

I was tempted to but Office 2010, but heard that it's not compatible with 2003.
I have Office 2003 & yes it is compatible with Win 7 64 bit!
I had Office XP before that & find fewer crashes with 2003 than Xp office.
Outlook 2003 is stable, but I can't get the message rules to work no matter what I do....
