Microsoft Agent for Windows 7 x86

Hi,
There's the notebook came with Win7 x86 and also an Accounting program that someone ( not me really 😉 ) needed.
He used to work with this software for last years with Windows XP.
but the developer says it needs Microsoft Agent that is not supported into Windows 7.
Call me a fool but I give him a chance and ask you guys maybe something you know better the developer 😀
And please dont offer XP MODE
