Microsoft Application Host

Today when booting up my XP Pro system, Zone Alarm said:

"Microsoft HTML Application Host" wants to access the internet
for the first time.
Destination: 64.94.110.11:HTTP.
File name: mshta.exe.

Any idea what this is?
