Microsoft Bingo Install Error

error code 0x803FB005 Microsoft Bingo -- I have tried all the solutions found so far. Bingo will not run, will not uninstall, will not re-install. Try to reinstall gives the above error.

Did you try a clean boot? - read instructions and make sure not to close MIcrosoft services or win 10 won't boot right - https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/929135/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows

Did you try SFC/DISM?

right click start button
choose powershell (admin)
type SFC /scannow and press enter
once its completed, copy/paste this command into same window:
Repair-WindowsImage -Online -RestoreHealth and press enter
SFC fixes system files, DISM cleans image files, re run SFC if it failed to fix all files and restart PC

I tried all the above, more than once, and nothing has worked. I still cannot uninstall, run, or re-install this app. Thank you for trying - I appreciate the help.
