I've been messing with my hdd partitions in the last couple of days... I've moved all my stuff on the the disk a bit to the left since there was a gap of 150GB in the fastest part of the hdd.... Now, everytime I start a program loaded from hdd, Microsoft Compatibility Telemetry starts running in the first couple of minutes and almost blocks the pc. Any idea how to solve this?
Thanks

Solution

I've used MiniTool Partition Wizard to basically change where the partitions were in the disk (example : http://images.pcworld.com/howto/graphics/185941-capture_original.jpg something like moving Lenovo Recovery to the unlocated. Thats what i mean by moving left) The main issue i found was that everytime I start a program, atleast for the first time, I get a lot of disk usage by Microsoft Compatibility Telemetry. This was supposed to send info to microsoft but it doesnt make any sense... I've used a tool that i found on github to turn Microsoft Compatibility Telemetry off but now I'm worried that It might have an impact that i cannot see at first sight.

Don't know what change in the drive would cause the system to start sending error logs to MS, but this falls under the "if it's not broke, don't fix it" category. With how fast disks are and especially with solid state drives, there is no need to mess around with partitions manually, just let the system do what it does.
