Microsoft Edge forced Yahoo Search

I have Google set as the default browser, but whenever I search it becomes Yahoo.

It's also possible you have an unwanted Yahoo tool or search bar companion installed that's overriding your settings. Check to see that there are no Yahoo references in the add/remove programs applet of control panel and that in the add on section of the Edge browser settings there are none.

Turns out it was Malware...
