No, the browser plugins in Norton products are not compatible with Microsoft's new web browser yet:

However, it's rumoured that Windows 10 Service Release 1 addresses those issues but I've seen nothing official to say it definitely does: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3081424
