Question Microsoft Excel 2016 having Issues when saving chart ?

Dear Community,

We have this User who had system with Office 2013 Suite Installed and all his files were synced on onedrive sand he could easily create Charts but when his system stopped working then we gave him new system with office 2016 installed. The Issue now is that when he tried adding Charts in Excel files which he previously created in office 2013 are having issue where they crash or give error when he tries to save them.

Here are the errors that he faces when he tries saving excel 2016 files after Adding charts in them. The folder also contains the EvenT Viewer Error as well.

I have reshared link and now It won't ask for Login credentials now.

Based on what I can see in the screenshots there may be mismatches in the excel file formats being used.

Try to narrow down which Excel formats work and which formats fail.

All the more complicated with the change from Office 2013 to Office 2016 and/or Excel itself.

Some of the User's Excel files may need to have features by removing or repairing some features per the Error-2 statement.

Ensure that the original Excel files are backed up and safely protected from change.

Use a copy of the file to edit and make other configuration changes as necessary to get the charts back as they should be.
