Hi! I installed MS office 2016 some days ago, and everytime I open an Excel spreadsheet, the monitor would blacked out. It just not showing anything, it doesn't respond anything. If I unplug the VGA cable from the monitor and replug, the screen works again.
I've tried to reinstall the office, but the problem still persists. I got 2 monitors, one from local brand, and one from Acer, both have the same issue. I use VGA interface. There are no HDMI on both monitor. I haven't try to change the VGA cable, might try to do that.
Anyone knows why this happen? Thank you in advance.
P.S. I use VGA port from motherboard, iGPU, and it's new. The iGPU is Intel HD 610, from Pentium G4560.
