Microsoft Family Service Issue

Hello everyone! I've just bought a Microsoft Lumia 535. It's really nice phone but I have a problem with the Microsoft Family Service. I've set up everything but when I try to update my apps or download some it still tells me that I haven't activated the Microsoft Family and won't let me do anything with my apps.

P.S: I don't have a SIM card in my phone - Could that be the problem?

I'll be really happy if you help me sovle this out! Thank you in advance!

I figure it out! I just created a new account in which I'm adult and now I have no problems.
