What are the required files to run the mmc.exe and all its components (lusrmgr.msc, gpedit.msc, tpminit.msc, secpol.msc,...) On my fresh copy of Windows 8.1 Pro computer it says that MMC could not create the snap-in.
I want to know what are the required files so I can repair them.

oh I found it for all except for lusrmgr.msc
