Has Microsoft released a CD with all Windows Me updates,
fixes, and other Microsoft programs such as Internet
Explorer, NetMeeting, etc, like they did with Windows 98
SE? If so, where would I be able to buy it? Because I
know that they'll stop having "Windows Update" for Windows
Me over the next 18 months or so.

You mean the Microsoft Windows Security Update CD
February 2004 ?
It was not just for Win98 as it has Win Me on it as well.

It was free when it was issued but you may have to find someone nearby
with a copy. I have a few to spare if you happen to live in Tasmania.
