Microsoft .NET Framework Upgrade

My PC:

OS: Windows XP SP3 Professional 32-bit
GPU: Nvidia GeForce 4 440 MX

Before, I start, I know, my graphic card sucks so, don't talk about it.

Anyways, my current Microsoft .NET Framework is 2.0. I wanna upgrade this to 4.0 because of the latest Camtasia Studio requirements (And other programs). When I installed it, it says I need 3.0 so I tried to find 3.0. I tried 3.1 but it needs 3.0 WHICH I CAN'T FIND!

Anyone got a solution for this? Thanks

Installing DOTNET framework 3.5 should sort out this issue.
