Question Microsoft Office 2010 Download

I have a software key from an office Professional 2010 version I bought that I want to use on my new computer. I do not like the "improved" subscription program of Office pay $365 days a year, where Microsoft peed in the water and said they made it better. How can I download a copy of the software? I know there's all kinds of people offering it online but how can I find a safe source for it?
