Question Microsoft office 365 Install Failure on a Mac Book air

When I try to install Microsoft office 365 on a Mac Book air I get to the Verify I'm not a robot page it never gets past it. Can you tell me how to get past this problem. Detailed instructions please.

There are no instructions.

What website/link/URL are you going to when/where the verification requirement is presented?

Do the following:

1) Go to the installation page.

2) Proceed to the "verify" screen.

3) Take three screenshots: The first screenshot showing the verification page, the second screenshot showing how you (not a robot) responded, and a third screenshot of the response to your verification.

4) Post the screenshots (or photographs) here via imgur (www.imgur.com).

Just to be clear. We have Microsoft account and Office working fine on the iPhone 12 Pro. But when go to the Apps on the Mac Book Air and we start installing when it gets to the your not a robot page it keeps asking to do it again and again it never finishes.

As far as I’m aware, there shouldn’t be robot pages. As asked already, where did you get the distribution?
