Microsoft Office Genuine on Ebay

Hi,

I want to buy microsoft office. I know they are sold on ebay, I asked a seller if the copy is genuine.

He says I will be downloading from the links and a valid product key will be given which is of retail version.

Are these valid microsoft office copies? Please advise me is it legal/ok to buy it.

Why there is a price difference in buying a dvd vs downloading an iso or setup file with a product key and any other differences?

I would suggest you to get a license key either directly from Microsoft Store or from a local retailer in your area. Although eBay is selling the keys at cheaper rates, their authenticity can't be verified.

Microsoft Office Professional 2016 costs $399 from Microsoft. Anyone selling that product for significantly less is not selling a valid product.

I would also note that the ads you linked appear to be confusing Office Professional and Office Professional Plus which is part of the Office 365 subscription model.
