Microsoft office home and student 2007 compatiable with windows 7

I have Windows 7 and Microsoft Office Home & Student 2007. When I am doing spread sheets, it keeps coming up Compatibility Report, Minor loss of fidelity.
Can you please help me and tell me what to do?
