Hello,
I do not have the product key number any more. My computer crashed and the system wants the product key number and I no longer have the number? It is messing up my use of the computer.

you either need to find the key or get a new copy.

if office came pre-installed on your computer, you might be able to contact the manufactorer about the key

Call microsofts support. Explain the situation to them. Ive never had a problem getting a replacement key. (they might ask for information from the CD itself.)

I second this suggestion. Heck, I even suggest going this route regardless.

1- If u have the CD/DVD take a look of the back side and u can find the product key.
2- If u have the product ID, use your phone, call to Microsoft and they give u another key after that u explain them ur problem.
3- If u don't have any of the 1st two options go here and buy a licence.
