Microsoft phone support any good?

I understand the only major advantage to buying Win2K in the retail box is telephone support from Microsoft that doesn't come with the OEM version.

1)How long is the phone support valid before you have to pay?

2)Is it worth the price difference with the OEM version?

It depends. I would never buy telephone support, but you might want to.
Generally (for people on these boards), I'd say no, but you might want it, depending on how much you know, how much other people know, etc.
