Microsoft Server 2012 R2 transfering?

Now I am making a computer server right at my home so later I can transfer it to my company computer is this possible?

What do you mean by 'using VMWARE'?
You're creating a VHD to be run as a guest on some other system?

I just run Microsoft Server 2012 R2 in the VMware.

A virtual machine in VMWare should be movable between host systems. If the hosts are capable of running it.
Why are you creating this at home?

I'm making it at home so one day if they decide to deploy the server I just transfer my hardwork to the company computer and I'm practicing too ^_^

Practice is good.
But I'd highly recommend you just use this as 'practice'. Rather than taking that server as it is to the office.
When/if it comes time, just build a new one at work.

The network configuration (among other things) will be completely different.
