Microsoft Software Protection Platform Service using too much CPU power

Hi. When I opened task manager, I've noticed that the Microsoft Software Protection Platform Service is using over 30% of my CPU. I've tried to end the task but it comes back. Do you know what that service is, why it keeps appearing and how I could get rid of it?

I have already tried those and the service still comes back.
