[SOLVED] Microsoft Store Not Working (install button does not show up)

Recently purchased an MSI prebuilt PC with Windows 11. When I open up the Microsoft Store and click on an app to install, the install button doesn't show up (it's grayed out). Any ideas?

Computer Model:

- MSI Codex R Gaming Desktop

Troubleshooting steps attempted:

- Restarted PC

- Tried using browser version of microsoft store (ended up opening a new microsoft store window and same issue persisted)

- Tried using the microsoft store troubleshooter, which did not find any issues
