News Microsoft Surface Pro 7 Plus Gets Removable SSD, 11th Gen Intel CPUs

Great!!! ugggh. MS make me sick. Would be great if they'd deal with Surface battery issues. Batteries die, and you can't replace them. Machine is bricked, unless you want to trade it for a refurb with MS, at a cost of approx £$€450!! We've had two out out of 20 units die like this.

What about USB-C? Still the same as older Pro's? Connectivity is another joke!

MS are rip off merchants.

Thank you for the review,

I was wondering if the ssd can be upgraded to a bigger one (say 2tb). The pic in MS webpage shows a strangely small one. Is it a special m.2 factor or a regular one?

Thanks!

Argh, i now read this in the specs:

4. Hard drive is not user removable. Hard drive is only removable by skilled technician following Microsoft provided instructions.

Is that true? What's the point of a removable ssd if you cannot remove it?
