Hi Experts,
We have 12 Access Points and getting random video break issues in only iPhone Devices for all Unifi AP's whenever connected with MS Team Conference Meeting.
Unifi Information
Device Version: 4.3.24.11355
Controller Version: 5.14.23
As for troubleshooting steps, we have rebooted AP and reconnected iPhone also disabled and then enabled 5GhZ but the issue occurred again and again however the Windows-based laptop does not report any issue which is connected with the same AP we have also changed AP for iPhone device but the same situation observed for these iPhone devices.
I also disabled "BAND Steering" and "Airtime Fairness" but still the same issue.
From the MS Team Portal, I found that network quality is poor whenever connected with WIFI however on Mobile devices the quality of the video-based meeting is fine
Any Clue?
