Question Microsoft Teams audio problem

My friend's company have been using Teams for more than half a year and she started having problem with her laptop audio in the last few weeks.

She was able to use the speakers and mic on her work laptop until just a few weeks ago. Then the mic and speakers started having problem. The other attendees cannot hear when she speaks. So she join Teams meetings on her laptop, and with iPhone (for audio) at the same time.

The laptop speakers were mute, but because the phone and laptop are nearby, it starts making a loud noise. Plus, it is echoing when she speaks. The attendees can also hear the loud noise and her echo. She tried using the phone's speaker, loudspeaker, Airpods, and other bluetooth earbuds.

Did anyone else have this problem?

The mic and speakers are mute tho. Do she have to disable both to avoid feedback?

What about echo when she uses her phone for audio? She hears herself. And the attendees also hears echo when she speak.
