Microsoft Tech Support Scam

So I recently got a call from one of the Microsoft Tech Support Scammers and I went with the flow at first since i know about these scams. I lied to him that I was a police officer and he's talking to the wrong guy and I lied to him that I will track this number down then he clicked xD. The real question is that How in the world did they get my number? I have 6 years in computer tech so as he was trying to aruge back with me, I was laughing. xD

I kept one of these dumb scammers on the phone for 30 minutes once....

I have several honeypot VM's that I keep at the ready for these clowns (XP, Vista, 7, 8). In the last 2 years I've received half-a-dozen or so of these calls, and my current record stands at just shy of 2 hours of wasted scammer time.
