microsoft train simulator

My son has the train simulator recently I bought him a
add-on instructions tell me to use the editor and tools
but i cant get it to load and open. Is this the only way
to play the added routes etc.

Did you buy the roundhouse addon if so I agree its a pain
and the packaging gives no warning. I just bought
aerosofts Cambrian Route which just installs and is
available on selection menu. Well worth the outlay of
£29.99.
