Only happens in this one game. Get a weird error randomly..can be 5 mins to 2-3 hours before it happens

I have tried uninstalling all C++'s and reinstalling latest, tried reinstalling video drivers, reinstalling audio drivers, reinstalling game, moving game to different HDD, messed with compats. I am at a total loss. Contact Blizzard and did numerous other things they suggested...nothing works. Only thing I have not done is reinstall windows, as only this game is doing it I don't see it worth it.

Error is

Visual C++ Runtime Library

Assertion Failed!

Program: E:\Program Files(x86)\Diablo 3\Diablo 3.exe

File: C:\jenkins_slave\workspace\aurora_insta...\table.hpp

Line 138

Expression: this->mlf_!=0

Does anyone have any idea ? Been talking to Blizz for a week and they pretty much gave up I guess.

When it happens any program open pretty much encounters an error and stops working and my audio "works" still but its static and popping..and I cannot open any program, it only happens on Diablo 3..my other games are fine. text also goes really weird looking til reboot.

Computer:

Gigabyte 970a-udp3 Mobo
Crucial Ballistix 2x 4GB ram 1866 DDR 3
Gigabyte Radeon R9 270x
Kingston 240gb SSD
Seagate 1TB HDD

This is very, very interesting.

Standard C/C++ assertions are disabled whenever the NDEBUG symbol is defined, which is almost always the case for release build. In other words, you should never be seeing this message because it really shouldn't exist unless you somehow got your hands on a debug build of Diablo 3

I got it from Battle.net App. Blizzard is saying its on my end..i've reinstalled the game multiple times I don't know what to do..its random..crash cannot be purposely recreated and it causes me to HAVE to reboot as all devices except mouse/keyboard essentially fail, sound..internet..text goes goofy on everything and in the battle.net app spash images it goes all wonky like missing textures in games. Other GUIs are also affected until reboot. Tried doing a lot of things via vid and audio drivers, even made sure all old versions were gone from the registry but the error still happens.

Also uninstalled multiple programs which were listed as possible causes..I have done literally everything imaginable aside from reinstalling windows..but this issue is related to Diablo 3 alone..it doesn't happen with anything else..

In the event viewer it shows Skype and Battle.net App both crashed, but both can be not running or uninstalled and the crash still happens but nothing shows up in Event Viewer

Did you ever resolve this issue? D3 keeps locking up my entire system, and it sound like a very similar issue.
