Your Visual C++ package is corrupt. Uninstall the existing version and reinstall it again as follows:
1. Click Start, type "Control Panel" in search.
2. Press ENTER.
3. Open Programs | Uninstall a Program.
4. Remove Visual C++
5. Reboot the machine.
6. Scan entire Registry for left entries. These entries are corrupted. Download
this utility.
7. From Microsoft download a fresh setup.
