Hi all,

I've noticed this list of redistributables steadily increasing on my system. (picture Included)

Can someone please explain if this is normal?

Thank you

Yes, that's quite normal. Specific versions are required for different applications, games or utilities you've installed, that's why older or different versions are left intact. If any were removed you may find some software won't run because it can't find the correct version of Visual C++

However, as you uninstall software that uses a specific version of Visual C++, it's quite possible that over time some versions on your PC are currently not required anymore (redundant). But it's impossible to know which versions are redundant and which are not without spending days researching the requirements for all your installed software.

In other words, just leave them alone is the safest approach.
