my keyboard is misprinting. When I type in one character it prints another. ie.type c and get d. This happens with all the keys. Any suggestions? Thanks

Check Windows Control Panel that you have installed the keyboard for the right country/language.

If no change, try a different keyboard -- if laptop try an external.
