I do not recall having seen this page posted here, and it has proven to be really handy over time when I've wondered about what problems have been recognized by Microsoft as occurring and their status as far as resolution:

Windows 10 Release Information

If you look along the left side of the page, you will see controls that drop down two classes of issues for a given Feature Update, starting with the current active one and working backward through prior ones:
  1. Known issues and notifications
  2. Resolved Issues
So if you are looking for information "straight from the horse's mouth" regarding how a Feature Update rollout is going, take a look there.

"Feature updates for Windows 10 are released twice a year, around March and September"

Yes, I guess April is close to March, 1809 wasn't released until November?

They need to face reality and acknowledge fact their numbering system isn't working

first 2 digits = year
second 2 digits = month
so 1809 should have been September 2018, not November.

At least 1903 was only 1 month slow
