Question Microsoft's Remote Desktop Manager?

I needed to rebuild my primary administrative system. When I reinstalled the RDP Manager it opens but never initializes, instead I get an endless circle of dots. I use this pretty frequently so its become annoying pretty fast. Does anyone have a workaround?

Win10 Pro. Current SPs
I7 sysetm 32Gb memory, 1TB m.2

Still muscling through this. I've written to MS but they haven't answered. Same situation, the page opens and the MS circle of dots spins but he application never opens. Uninstalled and reinstalled a dozen times. This is inconvenient and starting to get annoying.

Anyone?
