Question Microstutter in some games (?)

I hope you are all well!

Pls, sometimes when I play on PC (Resident Evil 5 or Guns Gore & Cannoli 2, e.g) it suffers a sudden micro-stop (stuttering?) without altering the FPS. The game runs smoothly but from time to time you notice that little pull, it is tedious. I tried to activate the V-sync but it didn't work. It is not a requirement problem either. In other more recent games and even that require higher requirements, they work well. It is curious.

I would appreciate any comment.

Kinda sounds like screen tearing, what are the specs of ur build? And it only has issues on those games?

Sorry it took so long for me to get back to you, @Massiveredboi. Thanks a lot for your reply.

The issue has been solved. It only happens with this games. I have read that "GG & Cannoli 2" the PC version suffers from performance issues that impact playability. The game stutters constantly during play, momentarily freezing on explosions etc. This appears to be a bug related to the game.
