Hi, after I upgraded my GPU from a GTX 1070Ti to a RTX 3060Ti, my fps has been higher but I have also been suffering from stuttering and crashes in multiple games.
Here is my user benchmark: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/49680863
I also took a picture of CPU-Z and GPU-Z: https://prnt.sc/26ehjbh
Genshin for example, every 15 seconds my game microstutters for like half a second and it drives me insane.
other games include Fortnite and Super People which just crash randomly at random intervals after like 15-30 minutes plus micro stuttering sometimes. I'm running DX12, and DX11 seems to make things worse.
I have no idea what the issue is, I tried these things but none of these helped:

- Updated both my Ryzen drivers and my GPU drivers on nvidia geforce experience, I also updated from the website but that didn't help either.
- Changed to a different power plan.
- Set games to high priority.
- Checked if there's background tasks interfering.
- Checked if anything is overheating, GPU is running at around 50 - 60 C when playing games.
- Overclocked my GPU slightly to see if it gets rid of the issue, it didn't. (was having issues prior to overclock)
