Hi, I just built a new PC a few days ago, and when i benchmark games, for instance CS:GO and Dungeon Defenders 2, every 10 or so secodns there is a blip or stutter for a fraction of a second, and then it's normal for 10 seconds. I have a pretty high end PC, so i don't know why this is happening! If anybody could shed some light on this issue, I would be so happy.

This issue happens on both high and low settings. Some games like Elder Scrolls 5, Skyrim, does not seem to have this issue. CS:GO is not as bad as Dungeon Defenders 2. Minecraft does not really seems to have this. GRAV does have this a little bit.
