MicSpeaker don't work

I was playing around with some wiring but now I can't seem to understand why the speaker and microphone jaxs aren't working..

Is this a desktop or laptop?

If desktop is this the front panel jacks on case, or rear ones directly on motherboard?

Power off PC and then make sure the Audio connector for the case going to your motherboard is properly attached.
Your motherboard manual will tell you where the audio connector is.

Hmmm... This is a cryber power pc and I'm not sure I have a motherboard manual, my mither board has Sata 2 on it though

Your motherboard has a model number and a make (ASUS, Gigabyte, ASROCK, MSI, or Biostar most likley). Find the manual that way.

Saying your motherboard has Sata 2 is like saying your car has push-to-start. It basically narrows it down from 100,000 to 5,000 possibilities.

At long last I've found it, I have a ga-78lmt-s2, I am in the manual but what exactly am I looking for..?
